From the crooked home appraisers that are in the pockets of the banks. To the real estate crooks that inflate home pricing as to provide "Sellers assistance" for people that can't save money to begin with. Owning a home is a privileged, not a right!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I vote for the Federal Government to take over the home appraisal, as to provide a un-bias report that the consumer (Home owner) and banks can rely on. &lt;br&gt;I vote for the end of the subsidize BS, if you can't come up with 3.5% down.
