Hopefully the landlords are keeping up the properties and not putting the renters who stay behind at unnecessary health hazards or risk to personal safety (unkempt premises, not habitable living spaces, no upkeep on maintenance etc.).</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Mr Mogul</dc:creator><pubDate>Wed, 17 Dec 2008 12:24:03 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
