I think we'll be seeing more CEOs headed to prision in the next few years -
however, you are right there will be far more severe punishment for the
folks down the totem pole.

These CEOs had the position and power to slow down or stop a runaway train
and they did nothing. Their lack of long-term vision and weak moral
character kept the myopically focused on present revenues with out any
regard to anything else.

A mortgage broker lies on an application he goes to prison. Ceo create billions in damage they get rewarded. Come on Americans lets teach them a lesson. Do not buy any homes and sell all your stocks. take your money out of the banks. Let george know its time for him to go as well and take his friend dick with him on the way out. SELL OUT YOUR 401k as soon as possible. Lets not feed the CEOS and also do not pay your mortgage. Lets see how far they go than.

These ceo's in this era make the Robber Barrons in the late 1880's look like
child's play. This payout for Syron makes me want to puke.

These CEO's are very predictable. They can do the right thing and get fired for underperforming their peers. Or they can do what what their shareholders and board of directors want them to do and get paid huge sums of money. Choose between immediate failure with little payoff or future failure with huge pay off.
