    Thanks for the info in the post. It's interesting to see how different states are handling the modification scam issue.

    Here in Minnesota, the Attorney General’s office is expanding their litigation of fraudulent “consultants" and an existing 2004 law preventing up-front fees was STRENGTHENED in this year’s legislative session.

    Wall Street and Associates is a similar scam, guaranteeing results, charging upfront fees, pressure selling at all times, and even claiming an affiliation with the Obama plan.

    Check out their site: www.WallStreetandAssociates.com to see their nationally televised commercial with Obama on it. These people should be shut down immediately. Here is their info:
