Blown Mortgage: Avoid Foreclosure, There Is Always HOPE

  • No Name · 4 months ago
That was the bigest waste of time. The articles name is "Avoid Foreclosure, There Is Always HOPE" and the best advice is to call your lender for a loan review and the following advice:

"You should contact your lender before you are behind in your payments; this will show you are acting in good faith and want to solve the situation. Lenders can often provide breaks and good re-financing deals to customers that make the “right” decision. If your lender will not work with you, you might need to look to other lenders before your credit rating starts to suffer."

That is good advice for someone that is not in foreclosure, but the name of the story is misleading. And this information is way to general and not informative at all.

Hey Andrew. For your next article why dont you enlighten people who are overweight to not eat so much. Maybe they could use some HOPE too. Anyone facing foreclosure that reads your article still has the same problem but just wasted a few minutes. Have you ever tried to talk to a lender and get any of that crap you mention in the article answered?
